Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Lanjarón was €325 a month (3.87 €/m², median size 83 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €250 and €369. The figure comes from 62 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Lanjarón does not have one.
