Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Guadix was €383 a month (4.15 €/m², median size 98 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €316 and €450. The figure comes from 404 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Guadix does not have one.
