Privacy notice

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are only used to calculate the results on screen and are not sent to or stored on any Ladrillómetro server.

• Purpose and legal basis: if you email us, we will only use your details to reply to your enquiry, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive. We keep them only for as long as needed for that purpose.
• Email newsletter: if you subscribe, we process your email address to send you news (new guides and tools) based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@ladrillometro.com. We use double opt-in. We store the address, subscription status, date and version of the consent and an encrypted identifier of your IP to prevent abuse, for as long as you stay subscribed; if you unsubscribe we keep only what is needed to prove the unsubscription.
• Hosting and security: the site is hosted by Hostinger, which may process technical connection data (such as IP address or browser) in its server logs to provide the service and protect it against abuse.

Ladrillómetro does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only store your privacy and cookie choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so we do not ask again on every visit. This storage is technical and necessary, is not used to identify you and is not shared with third parties. The internal administration area uses a technical session cookie that only affects the administrator, and our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical security cookies to protect the site.

If we add optional analytics or advertising tools in the future, they will only be activated after you give your consent, and we will update this policy with the providers and retention periods. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Calculator terms and financial disclaimer

Data sources and reuse licence

The figures in the Properties section come from official open data: the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda (appraised value and SERPAVI rent index), Madrid City Council and the Government of Catalonia. We reuse them under each body's reuse conditions, citing the source and the date of the last update, and without suggesting that any of them sponsors this website.

You may freely reuse the tables published by Ladrillómetro, including the calculated gross yields, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided you cite «Ladrillómetro (ladrillometro.com)» together with the original official source and its period, and do not alter the data or its meaning.
