Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Cox was €350 a month (3.50 €/m², median size 110 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €312 and €400. The figure comes from 67 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Cox does not have one. As we do not use listing prices from property portals, we do not calculate a gross yield here: enter the price of the flat you are looking at in the rental yield calculator.
Small sample. With 67 declared rented homes, the median can move a lot from one year to the next.
The median rent per m² rose by 4.5% between 2023 and 2024. Cox ranks 60th of 67 municipalities in Alicante by rent per m².
