Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Ibi was €392 a month (4.02 €/m², median size 98 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €325 and €447. The figure comes from 776 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Ibi does not have one.
