Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Altea was €616 a month (7.06 €/m², median size 93 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €500 and €800. The figure comes from 1,653 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Altea does not have one. As we do not use listing prices from property portals, we do not calculate a gross yield here: enter the price of the flat you are looking at in the rental yield calculator.
