Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Calonge was €572 a month (8.49 €/m², median size 70 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €467 and €688. The figure comes from 645 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Calonge does not have one.
