Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Cadaqués was €650 a month (9.44 €/m², median size 72 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €520 and €800. The figure comes from 173 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Cadaqués does not have one.
