Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Sóller was €706 a month (8.46 €/m², median size 90 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €600 and €850. The figure comes from 556 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Sóller does not have one.
