Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Pollença was €678 a month (7.87 €/m², median size 94 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €550 and €850. The figure comes from 818 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Pollença does not have one.
