Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Fraga was €438 a month (5.42 €/m², median size 78 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €370 and €500. The figure comes from 894 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Fraga does not have one.
