Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Cunit was €598 a month (8.43 €/m², median size 73 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €500 and €695. The figure comes from 999 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Cunit does not have one.
