Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Tarifa was €600 a month (8.70 €/m², median size 74 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €500 and €750. The figure comes from 347 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Tarifa does not have one.
