Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Altura was €316 a month (3.75 €/m², median size 84 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €252 and €355. The figure comes from 72 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Altura does not have one.
