Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Torrox was €501 a month (7.76 €/m², median size 73 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €420 and €623. The figure comes from 753 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Torrox does not have one.
