Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Santomera was €400 a month (4.01 €/m², median size 115 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €350 and €475. The figure comes from 324 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Santomera does not have one.
