Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Mojácar was €507 a month (7.33 €/m², median size 79 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €400 and €641. The figure comes from 226 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Mojácar does not have one.
