Short answer: in 2024, the median rent of a flat in Boiro was €350 a month (4.17 €/m², median size 97 m²). Half of the rented flats paid between €300 and €418. The figure comes from 665 rented homes declared in income tax returns.
Rent only, no yield. The Ministry of Housing only publishes the average appraisal value for municipalities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, and Boiro does not have one. As we do not use listing prices from property portals, we do not calculate a gross yield here: enter the price of the flat you are looking at in the rental yield calculator.

The median rent per m² rose by 7.2% between 2023 and 2024. Boiro ranks 29th of 57 municipalities in A Coruña by rent per m².
